Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions only apply to online purchases. Please note that we have different policy for in-store purchases.

SHIPPING

Within Australia:
- Order under $100: $10 for regular or $15 for express shipping
- Order over $100: free standard shipping or $10 for express shipping
- Drop off available within 5kms radius from West Lakes or North Plympton SA

New Zealand:
- Flat rate $25 for all orders (standard 6-9 days approx)

Rest of the world
- Flat rate $40 for all orders (standard 6-9 days approx)

Customers will be provided tracking number once we post out the item(s). Please allows up to 48 hours business days for packing time. The Studio Boutique can not guarantee for Australian post delivery schedule.

For international shipping, it may take longer due to customs clearance procedures. We are not liable for any extra surcharges/fee and taxes that may be imposed by customs.

Please note Free Shipping offer does not extend to customers using Credit Note.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before checking out. If details are incorrect (eg address), this may result in lost or delayed shipment. Customers will be held responsible and refund will not be provided. Returned parcels due to this reason will incur $5 re-processing fee. 

Please ensure all personal information is kept securely.

REFUND

Refund will only be given if the item(s) has a manufacturing faulty at the point of receiving. Item must be unworn (tag is still intact and no odour).

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request a refund.  Item needs to be posted back with tracked parcel. We will inspect and process your refund within 3 working days if the item is indeed faulty.

Please note we do not refund shipping cost and any transaction or currency exchange fees charged by your bank/financial provider.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Exchange can be offered to change of mind, change of size within 14 days since the date you placed the order.

All items must be returned with registered and tracking post. Please contact us prior to returning the item so we could provide you with the correct return address.

If you are local, you are more than welcome to exchange in store, at Westfield West Lakes shopping center. Email us or contact us via social pages for our exact location inside the shopping center or visit Conceirge desk infront of Harris Scarfe for more information.

Please note that The Studio Boutique is not responsible for the cost of any postage unless you have received the wrong item/s. Please include a prepaid return satchel if you wish to exchange. All garments should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached as soon as returned address is given. We inspects all items before posting.

Any returns that have been damaged or have makeup stains are not eligible for an exchange, credit note or refund. Our credit note does not cover shipping cost only the value of the item.

No return, exchange or refund on sale items, pre-orders, accessories, swimwear, credit note and shipping cost.

AFTER PAY

Like lay-by but better. You can now check out with After Pay, shop now and pay later with no interest. Four payments will be deducted from your nominated account/card every fortnight with no interest charged.
